Responsive website design and custom iconography
Advil’s Canadian website needed a redesign that would help surface relevant product information faster, and optimize the site’s design and architecture for a truly on-the-go experience. This redesign required an in-depth understanding of the Advil consumers’ habits and motivations in order to reshape the site experience into a resource that put its audience first.
The new experience focused on a shallow navigation structure that allowed consumers to browse by both symptoms and products, catering to different search preferences. Advil.ca’s modern redesign treated every page like a homepage acknowledging that most consumers come to websites from search engines. Visually, the site employed clear information hierarchy, modern typographic treatment and carefully-crafted iconography to create an experience that was not only easy but also engaging to navigate.
